Me at 7atenine - Launching Heineken "Sessions"

Woooohoooooo! My first gig of 2012 and it's an acoustic-esque band show. It has been more than a year since I played with a band and I am super excited about this as I will also be playing at a different venue to which I have grown accustomed too (those of you who have come to my last few gigs will know that they have all been at No Black Tie).

7AteNine will be the venue for a new series of LIVE music sponsored by Heineken called "SESSIONS" and I get to launch it :).

I've come up with a sort of 'theme' for the evening and will be playing all sorts for u, radio hits classic and current, original material of old as well as new and unheard as well as some unreleased and never to be released material. This is pretty much exclusive to this date at 7atenine!

So please note that this is NOT a DJ Gig but me playing with a band, what I love to do most of all.

Here are the official details:

The launch of SESSIONS will feature Behind The Lights with Melissa Indot and is an up close and personal musical journey. Melissa’s lithe frame belies a commanding presence that exudes confidence through her powerful voice. This award winning lover of eclectic musical tastes will debut an Unseen & Undone performance which includes yet to be released new songs plus some famous covers done acoustic style. Supported by a 4 piece band & 2 back up vocals, SESSIONS is slated to sizzle and dazzle.

This inaugural session is at 8.30pm, Saturday 14 January 2011 and tickets are priced at RM100++ for a 2 course dinner and show or RM50 for show only, both of which include a bottle of Heineken.
